The Feminist Project 30-Day Return Policy

At The Feminist Project, we take pride in providing our valued customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return an item. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have created the following 30-day return policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy to make your return experience as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must have been purchased directly from The Feminist Project’s official website (www.thefeministproject.ca) or our official retail partners in the United States.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or have a manufacturing defect.

2. Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at ask@thefeministproject.ca
  • When contacting us, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

4. Packaging Your Return:

  • Ensure the item(s) are securely packed in their original packaging or an equivalent protective package to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package.
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

5. Shipping Your Return:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Ship your return to the address provided with your RAN.

6. Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

7. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.

8. Return Shipping Address:

  • Return to the address your package was sent from. It will be listed on your package.
